Wow! Our last true post was October 2011 and that is so hard to believe! As most of you know, we started building out house in November last year. During those 4 months, our blog/website was put on the backburner and as a result, our domain name expired. We didn’t think much of it at the time, but now that a few months have gone by we realized that we missed all the posts we had written over the last couple of years. It’s a neat place to come and reflect on pictures of Andrew and events that we’ve done in the past. So thankfully, noone else purchased our domain and we are back online :)

In short, we are loving our new home! I seem to stay quite busy outside keeping up with the yard and Samantha is constantly battling the indoor chores. The joys of owning a home! Samantha is almost 36 weeks along now and she is ready for it to be over. I don’t know how she does it but she is still working full time, night shifts. The plan is for her to take 6 weeks off after the baby is born. That sounds like a long time when you think you won’t have to work for 6 weeks, but in reality, its going to fly by and I know it will be tough going back to work. Andrew is super excited about being a big brother and I can already tell he’s going to be great with Mary. Oh yeah! If you haven’t heard already, we are going to name our daughter Mary McKenzie (after Samantha’s sisters, and Mary is a family name on the Swanson side).

We are looking forward to sharing through our blog again! Life will definitely get interesting in the next few months. But we are beyond blessed and thankful for where God has us right now.

Welcome back! Thank you for reading :)
